We have an immediate start for our next Superstar Social Worker.
Negotiable hours. Ideally Monday and Friday. This can be progressed into more days if desired.

The right applicant will have:
Tertiary qualifications: Social Work (and willing to get MHSW accreditation if not already accredited) as well as significant counselling experience.
Willingness to maintain high professional standards, networking and actively participate in the generation of the role.
A can-do attitude with integrity and a personality for perpetuation of our culture of compassion, honesty and commitment to professional excellence. Effective time prioritisation and ability to take direction and supervision.

If paid under award wages, this position is offered at Health professional employee level 2
Or can be under contract employment (own ABN).
You will quickly build up to 2 days per week.
2 days on a Monday & Friday 8:30-5:00pm (and a Saturday 8.30-1pm fortnightly if available) however, this can be increased with demand over time if desired.
Flexible working arrangements and hours are available to be negotiated.

🌳 Essential Selection Criteria:
Police and working with children's check (or willingness to obtain these).
2-3 years Counselling experience (not suitable to new graduates).
Full registration with professional body ( AASW).
Ability to manage administrative and documentation requirements. As this role requires report writing and documentation, you will need a firm grasp of English and computer-based programs.
